I am enjoying #1 in the Piano Bouquets Series as I am writing this Email,
and it is great. I think that the packaging is very well done.
I am anticipating that there will be another CD this year, but this must have been a lot of work. Right after I placed the order I shut my computer down and left for Florida the next day...I got back last night and picked up my mail at the post office this morning. The best part of my mail was your CD...email from Clyde in Simpson, IL

I am hoping you have "Wintertide at Miller's Grove" available in sheet music. The clip on your site sounds so heartfelt/romantic, and I'd love to play it for my husband on our anniversary (even if it's sheet music for just the audio-clip). Please let me know as soon as possible! Thanks so much, Janet in Antioch, IL

I love the music, and appreciate your remembering about the Wexford Carol. I look forward to getting new sheet music when it becomes available. Perhaps you will eventually be able to publish books of music for all your CD's...that would be wonderful. from Claudia in Bristol, VA

I found your music online, I listen to an online stream that plays piano solos and while listening one day I heard a really interesting piece, looked at the title and composer, and it said, "Rain at Ghost Dance Canyon Trail: Dixon Springs" River to River Trail: The Hike. I am very "in-tune" with nature, I can sit in a forest and hear the music in the trees. You compose your pieces so beautifully and poignantly, it's like I'm there. I have since listened to the short-tracks on your website of your other albums. All of it is wonderfully written, performed, everything. Are you working on a new album? I am so happy to have found you and your nature-inspired music! Through your music I am taken to those quiet forests, silver-streaked creekbeds, lined with moss and fern, dark caves and bright fallhues...wonderful stuff Zola! Thank you, so much. Your descriptions of the forest are poetic. Perhaps, you could be a writer. Thank you again! I would just love to see you perform. I pray for you, that God continues to bless you in your music. email from Charity, Illinois

Please include me on your mailing list. Absolutely love your
music!!!!Thanks! I am just another one of those lucky people to find your music. I then bought two of your River to River Trail songbooks, one for myself and one for my piano instructor. I was surprised when she told me she actually talked to you this summer. That's just how inspired we have been with your music. She asked me today if I would download from your website the three sheet music pieces from the Paint the Forest Winter CD. Maybe we will see you sometime in Pennsylvania! Can't wait for your next CD and sheet music release! Terri in Mount Joy, PA

Zola...thank you so much. Your compositions are superb! I feel so fortunate to have discovered solo piano radio and the link to you. I plan to visit your site often and I look forward to thrilling my senses even more keenly with music of yours to play with my own hands. I can hardly wait for the long winter ahead to cozy in for nights before my beloved piano. Warmest Regards,

Zola, I wasn't certain if the message I received when I ordered the first sheet music selection was just a pleasant little thank you, so I didn't respond to that, but when your second message came up and you welcomed me back, I had a hunch you might really be there. What a nice touch to send your greeting.... it seems to fit the style of your music....just flowing and gracious.
I want to thank whoever had that grand idea to provide a sampling of your written music in pdf format to print out for trial....what a teaser! As soon as I become more accomplished on these dandy pieces that I scored, I will be back for more!! Yum! In Awe of Your Talent....Mary Ellen in Le Sueur, Minnesota

Just a note to thank you for sharing your gift of music inspired by a mutual love of the Shawnee National Forest. Well, when I found your music on Amazon, I discovered some free downloadable MP3's of a couple of your songs, so I downloaded them and listened. I LOVE piano music and have put your CD's on my birthday list and Christmas list. Well, yesterday I received 2 of your CD's as Christmas gifts from my in-laws and couldn't be happier. Music touches in a way that words are unable to, and expresses things that my words here cannot. God has touched my heart through your music and I thank you for sharing it with me and countless others. God's blessings to you and your loved ones today and all the year through. And when we forget our blessings, may we all head out onto the trail and be reminded; for those of us who can't drop everything to hit the trail, I'll play one of your CD's to remind me. ...from Linda in Mahomet, IL

I would like to order your CD Paint The Forest Winter, and also the CD you
have recorded in memory of your father. I have listened to your work on the Spa channel that we play at our Bed & Breakfast, and find it very evocative of the Canadian forest, as well as your particular inspiration in the States. Thank You!...email from Joanne in Quebec, Canada

I love your music, its absolutely beautiful...I've been mesmerized by "Rain at Ghost Dance Canyon." Rainey

I was just turned on to your music this afternoon. After listening to every single clip I could find on your website, I am just stunned at how beautiful your music is. I've never heard any CD, let alone artist, where every single piece is just amazing. I could listen to this stuff for hours upon countless hours. I will definitely be buying all of your CD's in the future...come down here to North Carolina because I would love to hear you in person. Oh, and I go to the Larue-Pine Hills area in the SNF twice a year every year for the reptile migration on Larue Rd. Wow, what a gorgeous area that is. No wonder you were inspired to make an album about this place...email from Mitch in Salisbury, NC

Thank you Zola for the song, Snow Dance at Sand Cave. I like your technique of shadowing the right hand with the left, that's cool. Actually, Rain at Ghost Dance Canyon Trail reminds me more of Indian Cliffs in New Mexico, where generations of local Indians dwelled in a series of huge caves seemingly cut out of a cliff face.
I'm enjoying everything so far; you have such talent for creating captivating, beautiful and emotional imagery. I can see the Swallowtail with the broken wing. I feel the beauty and the sadness perfectly. I feel a oneness with the Thunderbird: wings beating, and soaring so high and precariously! And the chords are just beautiful in Shooting Stars on Trillium Trail. Wow, those wild flowers must be be really beautiful out there...email from Francoisin El Paso, TX
